We’ve included the most frequently asked questions for your convenience. Please get in touch if you can’t find the answer you’re looking for by calling us or sending us an email.
For our log cabins you can check in from 2 p.m. and check out before 11:30 a.m. If you have reserved a camping spot, you can check in from 12:00 and check out before 12:00.
Our campsite is also open in the winter period.
Your pet is very welcome on a leash. Walking is not allowed on the campsite. For this you have to walk around outside the camping site.
During the day, your visit is very welcome. Please note that the car is parked in our own parking lot. If the guests are staying the night, report this to the reception before 22:00.
You are not allowed to drive a bicycle or scooter on our site. You can take the bicycle or scooter by hand.
In connection with fire safety, it is only allowed to barbecue on an original barbecue that stands off the ground.
The reception is not manned by default. In an emergency you can always (24/7) ring the bell at the house next to the reception. For check-in or other questions you can contact the house next to the reception from 09:00 to 17:00 and from 19:00 to 21:00.
You can pay with V-pay, Maestro and cash. You cannot pay with MasterCard, VISA or other credit cards.

Have you made a reservation with us, but would you like to cancel it due to circumstances? This can be done by telephone or e-mail. We use the RECRON conditions.
With us you can only make a reservation for the following year from January.
On the page you can indicate whether you want to know availability at the campsite or the log cabins, after you have clicked on it, after entering the correct date you can see which dates are still available.
If there is no more availability, please contact us by email or telephone (023-5358666). We generally always keep places free outside our system. Hopefully we can then help you find a spot at our campsite.
Opening hours: The restaurant is open every weekend from Ascension to the last weekend in August. During the regular (school) summer holidays, the canteen is open every day, with the exception of Monday and Tuesday. Below you will find a detailed overview of the opening times.

The canteen is closed in the winter period.
The canteen is open to everyone. Even if you are not staying at our campsite, you are very welcome to enjoy a snack and a drink at our terrace or inside.
Your dog is very welcome in our canteen, we provide a filled water bowl. Provided that the dog can remain on a leash, so that other guests will not be bothered by this.
Reservations are not mandatory with us. We do like it, so that we can take this into account.
You must park your car in our own parking lot.
Spaarnwoude Station is about a 15-minute walk away. Here is the bus stop to Zandvoort, Amsterdam as well as to Haarlem center. Click here for the current departure times and route.

You can reach the campsite by public transport as long as you get off at Haarlem-Spaarnwoude station. Haarlem-Spaarnwoude station is about a 15-minute walk from the campsite. You can then take both the train and the bus to Haarlem-Spaarnwoude station.
